Return & Refund Policy

At Shoevibek, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately using the information provided in the Contact Us section below. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled, and standard return procedures will apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  2. Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and accessories
  3. Include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our return center (address provided upon RAN issuance)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

The timing of your refund depends on your payment provider's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours of our approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing delays may occur. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've verified with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately using the information below. Provide your order number, refund request date, and payment method details to help us investigate the issue promptly.
